Les keftas

  • 500g minced lamb
  • 500g minced beef (I like to use minced flank steak)
  • 1 shallot
  • A bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
  • Zest and juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 5-spice seasoning to taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
