Les keftas
- 500g minced lamb
- 500g minced beef (I like to use minced flank steak)
- 1 shallot
- A bunch of flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of fresh coriander, chopped
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 5-spice seasoning to taste
- Salt
- Pepper
